Landscape Architect

If you have a flair for design and an eye for details, naturally drawn to nature and panoramic vistas, and have a tendency to explore creative ideas, you might just be the talent we seek to nurture!

About role

  • Participate in the entire project process to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design intentions.
  • Responsibilities include site analysis & research, design conceptualization, detail development & coordination, tender process execution, contract monitoring, cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
  • Support the team in presenting design intentions, selecting materials, and estimating costs from the conceptual design stage through to design development.
  • To attend regular meetings with relevant consultants, clients, contractors, and site staff to resolve project and technical issues, including outstation, nursery visits, construction site visits, etc.
  • Reporting project operations updates and efficient project planning as required during fortnightly or monthly team meetings to immediate superior/HOD.
  • Take on additional ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Team Leader or Management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team’s success.

requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree In Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2-3 Years (s) and above-related working experience in the Landscape Architecture field.
  • Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

Horticulturist

Passion for nature, adaptability, and a knack for out-of-the-box solutions for plant growing, are just some of the qualities we look for in a horticulturist. Trust us, this is the place you can truly grow!

About role

  • To conduct plant selection for projects and develop a maintenance system to be implemented for the project.
  • Soil testing and amendments to suit the plants including irrigation designs. Work closely with landscape architects to advise on plant selection and placement that would achieve the aesthetics and sustainability goals of projects.
  • Conduct site assessment prior to starting a project, during construction, and post project (periodically).
  • Prepare assessment reports complete with intervention recommendations. Provide expertise to clients on plant choices, care requirements, and potential landscaping improvements.Prepare care guides and sustainability plans for completed projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections on plants and site maintenance to ensure optimum condition.

requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Botany, Landscape Management, or a related field. Additional certifications on horticulture, sustainable landscaping or pest management will be a plus.
  • 2-5 years experience in horticulture or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of plant species and soil science.
  • Familiar with sustainable landscape practices and development.
